The next Qatar Natural History Group tour will be taking place this Friday, and will involve a trip to the Oryx Breeding Centre, a government run research centre which is not normally open to visitors. Bringing young children is not advised.
This will be followed by a trip to the camel racing track, where a camel race using robot jockeys has been organised, after which there will be a visit to a camel stable to get better acquainted with the dromedaries. The meeting place will be at the tent petrol station at 9.30 a.m.
