Qatar Airways recently upgraded all of its planes with the very latest in mobile phone technology - only to encounter a wave of passenger protest.80% of passengers voted against the system, finding it disturbed their sleep and comfort.
As a result the system was switched off - a move which drew high praise indeed from British newspaper The Times:
