The Qatar Natural History Group’s first field trip, a tour of Qatar’s Northern Forts, will take place on Friday 26th October.
The group will meet at 10 a.m. at the left turn to Zubara from the main north road to Al Ruwais, just after the tall communications tower and the police station with the Qatar flag flying.
Four wheel drives are required – although those with out four wheel drives can probably get a lift in another vehicle.
Non-members will be able to join at the meeting. The joining fee is QAR 30, and there will also be a levy of QAR 10 per vehicle.
